We are seeking a highly skilled React Full Stack Developer to design, develop, and maintain scalable web and application solutions. The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in both frontend and backend technologies, solid architectural understanding, and the ability to deliver secure, production-ready systems aligned with business objectives.

Architect, develop, and maintain scalable full-stack applications

Translate business requirements into secure, high-performance technical solutions

Design intuitive, responsive, and user-centric front-end interfaces

Develop backend services, REST APIs, and complex data processing logic

Implement authentication, authorization, and role-based access control (RBAC)

Ensure application performance, security, and code quality standards

Integrate third-party services, APIs, and cloud-based tools

Conduct code reviews and enforce best development practices

Troubleshoot complex technical issues and optimize system performance

Collaborate with UI/UX designers, QA engineers, and Product teams

Manage deployment, version control, and monitoring processes

Experience Level: Mid to Senior (3–5 Years)

Node.js (Express) or Django / FastAPI

Hands-on experience in developing Online Learning Platforms / Course Management Systems

Experience building features like:

Live or recorded video streaming

Strong understanding of scalable architecture for Education Technology or Learning Management Systems (LMS)

Experience handling high concurrent users and performance optimization

Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (Preferred)

Strong analytical and advanced problem-solving skills

High attention to detail with commitment to clean, maintainable code

Excellent communication and technical documentation skills

Ability to work independently and take ownership of projects

Strong architectural thinking and system design capability

Ability to manage priorities in a fast-paced environment

Proactive mindset with continuous learning attitude

Strong debugging and performance optimization skills
